Tibiao which is known for its Bugtong Bato Falls, is gifted with natural landscape that attracts not only local tourists but also tourists from all over the world. Its long, rugged, rocky and winding river plays a natural haven ideal for kayaking, swimming and rafting.

Tara Yap of mb.com.ph reported that while Tibiao River is a good location for swimming and cliff diving, it is one of the best rivers in the country for white-water kayaking. According to Flord Nicson Calawag of the Municipal Tourism, Arts and Culture Council, Tibiao town will once again host kayakers from almost a dozen countries in a competition slated on September or October 2012. It first played host to international kayakers in a 1997 competition.
